Ventilation pipes manufactured by TT PLAST are used for distributing air inside a building, ensuring healthy and comfortable conditions in a closed room. They are characterized by significantly improved properties. They are manufactured using innovative technology that significantly increases their resistance to static loads and flexibility.
The pipe can be installed in suspended ceilings, partition walls, ceiling slabs or concrete floors. High mechanical resistance, a wide temperature range and availability in various sizes allow the use of ROD-VENT ducts at different stages of construction
Main advantages of ROD-VENT ventilation ducts:
- The introduction of a layer of macromolecular material into the pipe structure has resulted in a dramatic increase in the inner wall smoothness, which minimizes the tendency for impurities and condensed moisture to accumulate inside the notches;
- A smoother inner layer ensures a much freer flow of air as it does not create resistance and therefore noise;
- Improved mechanical properties of pipes – greater resistance to static loads, greater flexibility;
- The use of suitable stabilizers at the production stage has improved the resistance of the pipes to ageing, i.e. the material does not change its properties in spite of the passage of time;
- The possibility of choosing an appropriate duct diameter to ensure adequate flow capacity and, at the same time, to adjust its size so that enable the duct to be embedded in the ceiling or wall;
- Adequate structure for flexibility and strength;
- Antibacterial, antistatic and anti-fungal properties;
